Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turner in Hancock County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Part-time with flexible hours.
