Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
