Window glazier — Stockton-on-Tees

Immediate opening: we are hiring a window glazier in Stockton-on-Tees, England. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
