Now hiring: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Washington County, Utah. You will be based in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear.
