Grill cook — Borough of Oldham

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Borough of Oldham, England. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
