Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Stewart County, Georgia. The job is on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
