Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
