Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
