Back-of-house cleaner — Buruku Local Government Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
