Vehicle spray painter — Mille Lacs County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
