Paint booth operator wanted in City of Salem

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in City of Salem, Virginia. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
