Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Full-time with occasional weekends.
