Chef de partie wanted in Charlton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Charlton County, Georgia. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
