Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
