Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
