Renovation plasterer — McKean County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in McKean County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Day to day you will apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
