Auto body repairer — Massac County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Massac County, Illinois. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
