Room service attendant — Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a room service attendant in Knox County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Full-time with occasional weekends.
