Shakeout operator wanted in Screven County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Screven County, Georgia. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture.
