Urgent requirement: milling machine operator (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Ionia County, Michigan. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Six days a week, one day off.
