Garment presser — Wheeler County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Wheeler County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets You will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
