We are recruiting: construction labourer (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction labourer in Stirling, Scotland. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
