Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Egbado South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Egbado South, Ogun State. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
