Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Henry County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers.
