Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On the job you will handle: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Full-time with occasional weekends.
