We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Jefferson County, Tennessee. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
