Refrigeration field service technician • Northampton County, North Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Northampton County, North Carolina. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. You will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
