HSE officer • Mercer County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE officer in Mercer County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy construction site. Day to day you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
