Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Clay County, Indiana. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
