Dishwasher — Berkshire County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
