Ironing operator — Cape Girardeau County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ironing operator in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 6+ years on the tools preferred.
