Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Randolph County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time with occasional weekends.
