Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sir Powys, Wales. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
