Great opportunity: crane rigger (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Hampshire, England. The role involves read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
