Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Ashland County, Ohio. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors.
