Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Charles Mix County, South Dakota. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies 4+ years on the tools preferred.
