Vacancy available: reinforcement steel fixer (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Wabash County, Indiana. The role involves: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Full-time with occasional weekends.
