The role involves level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Overtime paid at a premium rate.
