What we are looking for: • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge The role involves punch orders into the billing/POS system; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; negotiate prices and close the deal; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints.
