You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time, day shift.
