Refrigeration field service technician — Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Jackson County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds 4+ years on the tools preferred.
