Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
