Tandoor cook — Kenai Peninsula Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
