Day-to-day duties: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
