Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On a typical shift you will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer.
