Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Liverpool, England. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
