Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in McKenzie County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
