Powder coating operator wanted in Shenandoah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Shenandoah County, Virginia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends.
