Plant operator wanted in Sangamon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Sangamon County, Illinois. You will be based in an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Full-time with occasional weekends.
