Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Scott County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Full-time with occasional weekends.
